2008-04-09 [Noble]: i hated my work exp, i was a builder for it, shovelling gravel and concrete for 8 hours a day in the cold for five days, fucking shit, all the concrete really dried your skin out so it all pealed and was really sore...*sghs* i could go on for half and hour explaining how many things went wrong and was wrong with work exp but i wont.

So I know where you're coming from with the whole "8 hour shift, concrete drying out your skin" thing. Although, when you got freezing cold, I got unbearable heat. T____T And you can't escape the heat, especially when you're working. I also know that it helped a lot with toning your body up, especially your biceps. Mine were really big once, comparing to my body. Now, I'm too lazy to go to the gym, or to work too hard. =D

and yeah it is good for building your body, still its shit work and theirs prolly easier ways like the gym to do that.

i went training yesterday, rugby traiinng, we got seven people attending, four of whom we brought *including myself and liam* so we really brought two.
but anyway that wasnt my point, the point i really wanted to maek is that it went ok to say it was the frst session we've ever had up there, but somehow i hurt my finger in my sleep and it feels really strange, really..sore and achey at the knuckle.
